27-28 December 2018 Basic and Advanced Emergency Response Bags Content Training

Basic and Advanced Emergency Response Bags on 27-28 December We would like to express our gratitude to all members of the army who are in training with us.

"Laryngeal Tube in Difficult Airway Applications"

The Laryngeal Tube is a supraglottic airway device for the use in general anesthesia during spontaneous or positive pressure ventilation. In emergency it is an ideal adjunct to secure the airway during difficult airway management as an alternative technique to mask ventilation and tracheal intubation.

Securing the airway is one of the major aspects for a successful resuscitation. In the current guidelines of the European Resuscitation Council (ERC), the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) the Laryngeal Tube has been implemented as an alternative (aid) for securing the airway during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

"How can we find the cryotroid membrane?"
For years, what we care about most was education. There are not many doctors who have to open a cricotrotomy under normal conditions. An anesthesiologist meets a patient who is not able to intubate with a method in an average of 8 years. In such moments, cricothrotomy is life-saving. We care about increasing the doctors' experience with our models for cricotrotomy, which is a method of ventilation where it is not possible to be very experienced.

We were very happy to be able to train our health workers and commanders who took part in field missions on 27-28 December.
